Founded in 1965 by the late Mustafa Bozatlı, the company initially focused on kilim (rug) manufacturing. In 1981, it expanded into carpet production and later added carpet finishing services to its portfolio.

Since 1993, the company has operated as a textile carpet industry and trade enterprise. In the 2000s, production progressed with the adoption of semi-electronic machinery, enhancing both efficiency and quality.
